Team Brick Republicans is a Brick Township, New Jersey Republican reform movement built around one principle:
Brick comes first.
We believe local government should answer to the people of Brick Township first — not county bosses, political machines, backroom deals, donors, insiders, or outside agendas. Team Brick exists to give Brick residents a stronger voice in local Republican politics and to support candidates who are serious about transparency, taxpayer protection, public safety, responsible development, infrastructure, and local accountability.
Team Brick is not built around one person, one campaign, or one election cycle. We are building a long-term Brick First movement for residents who believe Republican leadership in Brick should be honest, independent, prepared, and focused on results.
Team Brick Republicans exists to build a Brick First Republican movement that puts the people of Brick Township ahead of political bosses, backroom deals, and outside agendas.
Our mission is to recruit, support, and elect independent local Republican leaders who answer to Brick residents first. We believe local government should protect taxpayers, strengthen public safety, improve roads and infrastructure, support families, seniors, veterans, small businesses, and first responders, and make decisions based on what is best for Brick Township — not what benefits the political machine.
Team Brick is built on transparency, accountability, fiscal responsibility, responsible development, and honest communication with the public.
We are not building a movement around one person or one election cycle. We are building a long-term local reform movement around one principle:

Team Brick Republicans believes Brick Township deserves local Republican leadership that is independent, transparent, accountable, and focused on the residents who live here, pay taxes here, raise families here, run businesses here, volunteer here, and care about the future of this town.

We are Republicans, but we believe local Republican leadership should be grounded in the real needs of Brick residents. National politics matters, but township government should focus first on taxes, services, public safety, roads, development, neighborhoods, and quality of life in Brick Township.
Team Brick Republicans was created because many Brick residents want a local Republican movement that is more open, more accountable, and more focused on the township.
For too long, local politics has too often been shaped by insiders, political pressure, and county-level power structures. Team Brick believes Republican voters deserve better. Candidates should not be chosen simply because they are connected, convenient, or willing to follow orders.
Brick deserves candidates who are willing to listen, work, ask questions, challenge bad decisions, and put residents first.
Team Brick is willing to work with other Republicans, but we are not here to take marching orders from any political machine. Our loyalty is to Brick Township.

No. Team Brick Republicans is not the same as the Brick Republican Organization.
The Brick Republican Organization is the established local Republican organization in Brick Township. Team Brick is an independent Brick First Republican reform movement focused on transparency, accountability, taxpayers, responsible development, public safety, and local leadership that answers directly to the people of Brick.
Our disagreement is not with ordinary Republican voters, volunteers, or residents.
Team Brick welcomes Republicans who want better local leadership, stronger communication, and a movement focused on Brick Township first.

Brick First means every decision should be judged by one question:
Is this good for the people of Brick Township?
Brick First means taxpayers come before political favors. Neighborhoods come before special interests. Public safety comes before excuses. Transparency comes before control. Local accountability comes before political ambition.
Brick First means local government should serve Brick residents — not the bosses.
What Issues Does Team Brick Focus On?
Team Brick Republicans focuses on the local issues that directly affect Brick Township residents.
Our priorities include Brick Township taxes, responsible spending, transparency in government, public safety, support for police and first responders, responsible development, roads, traffic, drainage, infrastructure, neighborhood protection, open communication, and quality of life.
We believe local government should focus on the basics and do them well.

Brick Republicans can get involved by joining the movement, attending Team Brick events, volunteering, sharing local concerns, helping with voter outreach, supporting Brick First candidates, or expressing interest in running for local office.

Is Team Brick Running Candidates for Brick Township Council in 2027?
Team Brick Republicans is preparing to recruit, screen, support, and organize Brick First Republican candidates for the 2027 Brick Township Council election.
Our goal is to build a serious local team of candidates who are committed to transparency, taxpayer protection, responsible development, public safety, infrastructure, and independent leadership for Brick Township.
Team Brick is not building a campaign around one person. We are building a long-term Republican reform movement around one principle:
Brick comes first.
Can Someone Be a Member of Team Brick and Also Be Part of Another Republican Club or Organization?
Yes. Team Brick Republicans does not require exclusive membership.
Someone can support Team Brick and also be involved with other Republican groups, including the NJ America First Republicans, Ocean County Young Republicans, the Brick Republican Organization, or other local, county, state, or national Republican organizations.
We do not care what other Republican clubs someone belongs to. Our focus is simple: if you believe Brick Township should come first, local government should be transparent and accountable, and Republican leadership in Brick should answer to the residents instead of political bosses, there is a place for you in Team Brick.
Team Brick is about building a Brick First movement, not controlling who people are allowed to associate with.
